Why Am I Running for School Trustee?

Because I believe every student deserves the opportunity to succeed.

As a parent of four children who completed their education in York Region schools and a Newmarket resident for the past 17 years, I’ve seen the incredible impact that great schools, dedicated educators, and engaged families can have on a child’s future.

For more than a decade, I’ve volunteered in our school communities, listening to families, supporting students, and working alongside educators. Those experiences have inspired me to step forward and serve our community in a new way.

If elected as your Public School Trustee, I will:

• Put students first.
• Listen to parents and the community.
• Support student well-being.
• Advocate for strong public education.
• Work collaboratively to help every student reach their full potential.

This campaign isn’t about politics – it’s about our children, our schools, and the future of Newmarket.

I would be honoured to earn your support and your vote.
